Paragon Market Place is a dynamic three-story retail hub located in Jalan Tampoi, Johor Bahru, encompassing a substantial built-up area of 240,000 square feet. Its design draws inspiration from the nearby Kempas Baru railway tracks, giving the complex the aesthetic of a traditional railway station, which not only enhances its visual appeal but also creates a vibrant atmosphere that resonates with local culture.

The unique façade of Paragon Market Place serves as a notable landmark in Johor Bahru, capturing the essence of the area while standing out with its modern yet nostalgic architectural elements. The striking design is complemented by carefully curated outdoor spaces on the ground floor, which emulate the charm of traditional Malaysian market stalls, complete with shaded roofs that provide comfort from the tropical sun. Shoppers are invited to enjoy a leisurely experience as they stroll along the roadside outlets, soaking in the relaxed ambiance enhanced by the gentle evening breeze. This thoughtful integration of outdoor spaces not only encourages social interaction but also enriches the shopping experience, allowing visitors to engage with both the retail offerings and the surrounding environment.

Paragon Market Place is more than just a shopping center; it is a community hub that celebrates the local heritage and fosters a vibrant atmosphere for shopping, dining, and socializing. Its design and functionality make it a key player in the retail landscape of Johor Bahru.
