+ Project Stories

As part of the Livistonia Square commercial district in Setia Tropika, The 30 unit shoplot project presents a unique and innovative approach to shoplot design, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with tropical design principles. The distinctive facade, with its layered articulation, modern materials, and green integration, creates a visually appealing and sustainable commercial hub that enhances the urban fabric of Johor Bahru. This project serves as a model for future developments, demonstrating how architecture can respond to the challenges of a tropical climate while creating vibrant and functional spaces for the community.

Layered Articulation: The facade is designed with a layered approach, creating depth and visual interest. The base level features recessed storefronts with generous glazing, promoting transparency and pedestrian engagement. The middle and upper levels are articulated with a series of projecting bays, providing shading and creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow.
