RDC recently organized another site visit to one of our most comprehensive high-rise projects, ,offering a firsthand look at the progress and intricacies involved in its development. Space Residency is the second-tallest building in Johor Bahru including two 61-storey high serviced apartment towers and a 34-storey high hotel.This visit provided team members with an opportunity to observe the project’s various phases in real time, from structural elements to architectural detailing. It also allowed us to engage with contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders to address any challenges and ensure alignment with our design vision.
The site visit was especially valuable for fostering collaboration, as it gave everyone involved a deeper understanding of the project’s scope, timeline, and the innovative solutions being implemented. Overall, the visit reinforced our commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful architectural solutions while maintaining a strong focus on practical execution and client satisfaction.
